When it comes to cat litter, we recommend using granular clumping litter rather than strips. This is because the litter box filters out clumping litter and retains it, whereas strips or clumps may not pass through the filter effectively.

To avoid this, we suggest setting the cleanup time to 5-15 minutes after the cat leaves the litter box, which can be configured in the mobile app.
